Delivery Within Dubai and Sharjah

We provide same-day delivery seven days a week across Dubai and Sharjah.

  • Estimated delivery time: Within 3 hours
  • Delivery hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 11:50 PM
  • Order cut-off: Orders placed after 9:30 PM will be delivered the following day
  • Minimum order: AED 100
  • Orders of 10+ PCs or more: Free delivery
  • Orders below 10PCs: AED 30 delivery charge
  • Payment options: Cash, payment link or card on delivery
  • VAT: An additional 5% VAT applies to card and payment-link transactions

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of traffic, weather, order volume, product availability or difficulty accessing the delivery address.

Delivery Outside Dubai and Sharjah

Delivery outside Dubai and Sharjah is available six days a week. Sunday is closed.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered on the next working day
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Saturday will be delivered on Monday
  • Minimum order: AED 100
  • Orders of 10PCs or more: Free delivery within standard service areas
  • Orders below 10PCs : AED30 delivery charge
  • Payment options: Cash on delivery or payment link
  • VAT: An additional 5% VAT applies to payment-link transactions

Same-day delivery depends on the destination, courier availability and successful order confirmation.

Delivery to Areas Outside the Main City

Addresses located far from the main city or outside standard courier coverage are treated as remote-area deliveries.

  • Estimated delivery time: Within 2 working days
  • Remote-area surcharge: AED 40
  • Orders above 10+PCs still require the AED 40 remote-area delivery charge
  • Sunday is not counted as a working day

Our team will confirm whether your address is considered a remote area before dispatching the order.

Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up is available seven days a week.

  • Pick-up hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Payment options: Cash, payment link or card
  • Our team will contact you with the exact pick-up location after confirming your order

Please do not visit the collection point until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our team may contact you to confirm:

  • The products and quantities ordered
  • Your full name and UAE phone number
  • Your delivery address and map location
  • The delivery charge, if applicable
  • Your preferred payment method

Orders will be processed after the necessary information has been confirmed. Please provide a complete address and keep your phone available so the courier can contact you if needed.

UAE Delivery Only

Vape.markets currently delivers only within the United Arab Emirates. We do not provide international shipping.

Failed Delivery and Redelivery

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order during the confirmed delivery window. If the courier cannot contact you or complete the delivery because of an incorrect address, missing location details or an unavailable recipient, an additional redelivery charge may apply.
